Remote Desktop can be enabled on Remote computer by editing registry of remote computer from your computer.To perform this, remote registry service should be running on both computers.

Open the Registry Editor on your computer(Type regedit in Start -> Run).

From the File menu, click Connect Network Registry.

Locate or type in the name of the remote computer.
